OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Because our collections are limited and we know you will love your Luz gear, all purchases are Final Sale, but on the very off chance that your merchandise arrives defective, please email info@luzcollective.com and we will work with you to find a solution. Include your full name, address, order number, and date of purchase. Sizing information is available to ensure you choose the right fit, but if you need more guidance, we're here to help! Send us an email. Due to the limited nature of the store, we cannot offer exchanges so please email us if you need further sizing assistance. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Luz Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, our job is fulfilled. It will be the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure your address is correct upon checking out. 

US SHIPPING

Luz Collective offers Standard and Expedited shipping across the United States. Standard shipping normally takes 2 - 7 business days from date of package mailing. And Expedited shipping normally takes 1-3 business days from date of package mailing. It can take 1-5 business days for order processing. 
 We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer worldwide shipping. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

Below are estimated deadlines for product categories shipping within the US. Products bought after the deadline are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Please order ahead of time. 
DEC 10: Shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers, and mugs,
DEC 15: Alpha Latina adult tees, Allergic to Machismo adult tees, stickers, and pins.
