OUR RETURN POLICY

Because our collections are limited and we know you are going to love your Luz gear, all purchases are Final Sale, but on the very off chance that your merchandise arrives defective, please email customers@luzcollective.com and we will work with you to find a solution. Include your full name, address, order number, and date of purchase. Sizing information is available to ensure you choose the right fit, but if you need more guidance, we're here to help! US SHIPPING

Luz Collective offers Standard and Expedited shipping across the United States. Standard shipping normally takes 2 - 6 business days from date of package mailing. And Expedited shipping normally takes 1-3 business days from date of package mailing. It can take 1-5 business days for order processing. 
Please note if any items are on backorder or delayed because of COVID19, we are not liable for shipping delays.   Backordered items vary in availability. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Please select your country at checkout for international shipping rates. You are responsible for any custom fees once package arrives to your country, if applicable.
